Nestled within the historic and breathtaking grounds of Sausmarez Manor lies The Secret Garden. An enchanting private event space, enclosed by ancient beech hedges and vibrant floral shrubs.
Step away from the ordinary venues and host your next corporate event in an upmarket setting that inspires and leaves a lasting impression.

The Secret Garden has a generously-sized premium marquee with a capacity of up to 150 seated (or 225 buffet-style). The marquee is outfitted to a high standard, with premium hardwood floors throughout, delicate lining and internal and external lighting. You just specify furniture and décor to create something that’s perfect for you.
The Secret Garden even includes a catering tent that's ready to go.

The Great Hall

Step into the grandeur of the Great Hall, a stunning space steeped in history and timeless elegance. Featuring soaring ceilings, intricate architectural details and a welcoming atmosphere, the Great Hall is perfect for:

With its historical charm, the Great Hall offers an inspiring environment for creativity, connection, and collaboration. Our inhouse event organiser will support you with your vision alongside our trusted event suppliers including the island's best caterers, florists, event styling and production teams.

We offer combination discounts if you wish to use more than one area for your event.
Why not include a break out activity from the main event and treat some of your guests to a miniature train ride with drinks on the station platform, or a whimsical woodland walk with a live musical performance.
With the Manor as your setting, you can create a truly magical affair.
Front Lawn

The rental includes full-day and evening access to the front lawn, along with setup the day before and takedown the day after.
Putting Green Lawn

The rental includes full-day and evening access to the putting green lawn, along with setup the day before and takedown the day after.
The Great Hall
£850
The rental includes access to the Hall on the day of the event with take down next morning. Please note House Tours will continue to run either side of the event.
Children's Train Party
£100
The rental includes train driver service, private train tour for x 12 children at a time. Accompanying adults free. From 1pm-4pm. A free mask is available for each child.
