Cruise Liner Passengers.

To get to Sausmarez Manor is Easy

Going by Bus

Walk the 120 yards/100m to the crossing to the Bus/Coach Terminal and take the number 95, 94, 93 . Just check with Driver that is going South to Sausmarez Manor in St Martin ( mention the Parish as there is another place with a similar name in another part of the island)

It takes about 7 minutes but allow 15 in case. There are about 3 an hour and costs only a £1.  Start looking for the Big White Gates on the Right  a  Minute after  you have got to the cross roads after reaching the top of the hill. The Stop is there.

The Return Trip the bus takes the same direct route back to the town in 10 mins and will pick you up at the gates of the Manor. This means that you have only a few minutes to wait as 95, 94 93 goes times an hour.  In fact all Busses coming from your right go to the town terminal. Avoid returning by bus between 2.45 and 3.30 in term time as the buses are doing the school run.

Go by Taxi

When you have crossed the road turn right over the next pedestrian crossing and along the Sea Front to Marks & Spencer.
The trip  will take about 7-10 minutes and will cost around £10
To return you can telephone your Taxi from the shop/ or office

A walk back along the coast for the fitter person will take around a couple of hours and is breathtakingly beautiful; but as the Path is very up and down in parts, it is only for the fit or the unhurried
Return on Foot by road  will take 20- 40 mins if you go straight  along the road & straight down the hill  past Victor Hugo’s House. You come out just next to the Bus Terminal and where you started from.
